Beauty Favourites!

In this blog post I will be talking about my favourite beauty products!

Foundation

My favourite foundation is Urban Decay's Naked Skin Weightless Ultra Definition Liquid Makeup. This foundation really does feel weightless, while giving great coverage. Mine is in the shade 0.5 and it matches my skin perfectly! And yes.. I am very pale! This foundation doesn't look cakey at all, and looks flawless. Your skin, only better!

Concealer

My favourite concealer is Rimmel London's Wake Me Up Concealer. This concealer really does "wake me up"! I pop this under my eyes everyday, it immediately reduces the appearance of dark circles from too many late nights! This concealer is perfect for school or even nights out. Mine is in the shade 30 Class Biege. I feel that a lighter shade would suit me better, as I said.. I am very pale.. But overall I loved this concealer!

Eyebrow Pencil

My favourite eyebrow pencil is Topshop's Brows. This dark brow pencil saw a lot of use during 2013.

Cara Delevingne was my inspiration! My eyebrows are naturally quite dark and thick so I decided to, like the beautiful Ms. Delevingne, embrace them!

Eyeshadow Palette

My favourite eyeshadow palette is Urban Decay's Naked 2 Palette. Many of you will know that I have done a detailed review on this palette, as well as a couple of tutorials which use the Naked 2. I will be continuing to post tutorials using not only the Naked 2 Palette, but also a wide range of other palettes and eyeshadows. If you have not checked out the tutorials and review, be sure to do so!
I love this palette because it consists of 12 Neutral Eyeshadows, which can be used to create many beautiful looks.

Mascara

A mascara that I have been loving is Essence's Get BIG Lashes! I picked this mascara up in Penneys/Primark for just €3! I have tried many "high end" mascaras such as Benefit's They're Real! And I feel that this mascara does a much better job for a fraction of the price!

Eyeliner

I am a huge fan of eyeliner! I love thick eyeliner with big wings. So, of course I have tried and tested many eyeliners on the market and one of my favourites is Essence's Waterproof Liquid Ink. I purchased this eyeliner in Penneys/Primark for less than €3! I use this eyeliner everyday and it lasts all day!

Bronzer

My favourite bronzer is Bourjois Paris' Bronzing Powder. As you may be aware, I have done a detailed blog post on this bronzing powder. If you haven't already, check it out! Before I found this powder I never contoured my face.. This powder adds very natural and subtle definition to my face, nothing too overpowering, which I love!

Pressed Powder

My favourite pressed powder is Rimmel London's Stay Matte Long Lasting Pressed Powder. I have also done a detailed blog post on this pressed powder, be sure to check it out! This powder is perfect for setting makeup and giving a perfect, flawless finish!

Lipstick

My favourite lipstick is Topshop's Lip Bullet in the shade heartbeat. This beautiful orange colour is very flattering and orange is set to be a big colour in 2014!

Thank you guys for reading, be sure to follow and share, thanks!x

Favourite Powders!

Two powders I've been loving in 2013 are Rimmel London's Stay Matte Long lasting pressed powder and the raved about Bourjois Paris' Bronzing Powder. These beautiful powders are perfect for everyday use and can be found in all drugstores.

Rimmel London's Stay Matte Long lasting pressed powder promises to give up to 5 hours of natural shone control. The powder also helps to minimise the appearance of pores, giving your makeup a beautiful matte finish. This powder is perfect for applying over your makeup to set your concealer and foundation. This powder gives every look a flawless finish. Mine is in the shade 001: Transparent, I feel that this shade works the best and matches my skin tone perfectly! A definite must have for anyone looking to build up there makeup collection, and for just €5.99, a complete bargain!

Bourjois Paris' Bronzing Powder, not only smells good enough to eat with its chocolate scent, but also gives a beautiful, natural sun kissed effect. There is a slight shimmer in this powder, giving an immediate boost to your complexion! I like to sweep this product across my cheekbones, to add some definition, as well as to my temples and neck, giving my face a more slender appearance. This is my all time favourite bronzing powder as I feel it is the most natural looking, and most effective on the market.

I will definitely be repurchasing these 2 products in the New Year!
